At the Oct. 22 special meeting Town Manager Karen Astley presented the Water Department draft budget and capital plan.
Astley told the Selectboard that the town's water bond is paid off in 2042, a fact the board will consider as it plans longer-term capital and debt service. There was no vote; the discussion will continue as staff prepares the General Fund materials and the board works the budget schedule.
Astley said employee benefits will be presented when the General Fund work is scheduled at the next special meeting.
