Selectboard approves temporary closure of Kimball Hill for Halloween on Oct. 31

Fletcher Proctor moved to approve the closure between Signal Pine and Main Street for the stated hours; Rebecca "Bex" Slattery seconded and the motion passed. The board recorded that organizers have used the Basketville lot in the past without incident and will inform residents about the closure.
