Wilson reported that the Kiowa Police Department logged 720 contacts, 70 calls for service, 26 impounds and 24 releases for the period covered in the minutes; he also noted a head-on collision on Highway 69 in front of Allsup's and said progress is being made on the proposed firing range. The report was entered into the minutes during the Jan. 29 meeting.
