Collbran trustees approve series of routine resolutions, transfers and contracts

The Town of Collbran Board of Trustees approved a package of routine motions during its March 10, 2026 regular meeting, carrying several administrative and contractual items forward by recorded vote.
The board approved RESOLUTION 2026-05 to grant planning clearance and a use license for 1008 Elm Avenue. Trustees then approved RESOLUTION 2026-06 to enter an internet service contract with Elite Broadband, LLC and RESOLUTION 2026-07 to contract Mesa County Animal Services for animal control. The board also voted to engage Blair and Associates, PC for the 2025 financial statement audit (RESOLUTION 2026-09) and to delegate authority to the town clerk to appoint judges for the April 7, 2026 municipal election (RESOLUTION 2026-10). The board approved RESOLUTION 2026-11 to transfer the retail liquor store license for Main Street Liquors from NC2CO, LLC to MiTi LLC.
All motions listed above passed on the record at the March 10 meeting. Votes and tallies appear in the official minutes; unless otherwise noted in coverage, most of these items passed unanimously. The board also directed staff to proceed with a Request for Proposal for town engineering services and noted an executive session was scheduled later in the agenda to discuss records-exempt documents under C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(g).
