The Proctor Selectboard approved its meeting agenda and the minutes from the June 22, 2026 regular meeting and then signed municipal orders totaling $93,252.60. Bruce Baccei moved to approve the agenda; Linda Doty seconded and the motion was unanimously approved. Jay Thorton moved to approve the minutes; Albert Wenta seconded and the motion was unanimously approved.
Town Manager Judy Frazier presented the orders for review before the signatures were recorded. The board did not request changes and took no additional fiscal actions on the line items at this meeting. The Selectboard adjourned the regular portion of the meeting at 7:02 p.m. to conduct water and sewer board business and returned later to conclude departmental reports and adjourn at 7:33 p.m.
