Assistant Town Planner Brittany MacGilpin reported that the Designated Agent approved three minor wetlands permits: CC #26-14 for a 460 sq. ft. deck at 324 Firetown Road (Assessor’s Map F05, Block 301, Lot 006, Zone R-40 OS); CC #26-15 for grading and construction at 36 Holcomb Street (Assessor’s Map D04, Block 208, Lot 002A, Zone R-40); and CC #26-16 for a 240 sq. ft. deck at 18 Birch Road (Assessor’s Map A12, Block 425, Lot 038, Zone R-40).
These are administrative, designated‑agent approvals recorded for the Commission; no additional action was taken at the July 21 public meeting. Staff will file the permits in the application records and note any site‑specific best management practices required by the designated‑agent determinations.
