Selectman David Hostetler opened the Salisbury Board of Selectmen meeting at 6:00 p.m. on March 23, 2026. Hostetler moved that the board enter a nonpublic session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, II (b); Selectman David Kelly seconded the motion. The roll call votes were Hostetler, aye; Kelly, aye. The public session recessed at 6:00 p.m. and later reconvened at 7:53 p.m.
After reconvening, Selectman Kelly moved to seal the nonpublic session minutes; Selectman Hostetler seconded and the motion passed by roll call (Hostetler, aye; Kelly, aye). The meeting record notes that no citizens attended. The board announced its next meeting for Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 7 p.m. upstairs in Academy Hall.
