Mayor outlines delays, disputes and $41,000 in right-of-way costs on Cedar waterline project

"We had issues with getting the railroad inspector in here that caused delays," the mayor said, and staff will prepare a report to give council more detail and to outline any funding requests that may follow.
Council members were told to expect further information and potential requests for funding once the report and cost reconciliation with contractors are complete.
