Council approves first readings to reclassify 1.24‑acre site for fence contractor relocation

With no public opposition, Vice Mayor Robert Greenland moved approval of Ordinance 2025‑03 on first reading; that motion and the rezoning first reading passed unanimously by roll-call votes.
