The Ashley Community Forest Board officially welcomed Margaret Watts Romney as the Strafford representative at the April 9, 2026 meeting; the Board recorded that Romney had arrived at 6:59 p.m. and had misunderstood the meeting start time. The Board then held nominations and elected officers by unanimous vote: Romney was nominated and approved as treasurer, Kevin Gish was elected secretary and David Paganelli was elected chair.
The Board’s officer elections were handled by motion and recorded as unanimous approvals; the minutes do not report individual roll-call votes. The Board adjourned at 7:30 p.m. and scheduled its next meeting for May 14, 2026, at the Morrill Library in Strafford.
