The council voted to approve Ordinance 2026‑31 at its June 23 meeting, rezoning roughly 7.58 acres south of Richmond from Agricultural (A10) to Industrial (I). Applicant Judson Eades, under contract to purchase the parcel, said the intended use is manufacturing off‑road expedition motorhomes for his company, Adrenalin Industries, and explicitly stated the project is not a data center. Councilmembers moved to suspend rules and approve the ordinance; the motion passed and the rezone was adopted.
