The meeting adjourned at 8:48 p.m. on a motion by Mr. Mitchell, seconded by Mr. Graves; the motion carried 6-0. No final approvals on substantive site plans or permits were recorded at this meeting; most items were continued pending technical revisions and required agency letters.
