Land Use Administrator Peter Gaffney told the Planning Board that recent uses of temporary fencing and construction fencing are not addressed under the current Signage rules in Zoning Ordinance Section 4.1, and he recommended the board direct staff to draft clarifying language for the warrant.
Gaffney said the draft language will be prepared and, if the board approves the wording at a future meeting, the amendment will be included as a warrant article for a public vote. The board did not take action on the wording at the July 15 meeting; the item was entered as new business for staff work and future consideration.
