Board notes pending land‑acquisition applications and sets July presentations

Kevin Quinn told the board staff received a pending land-acquisition application for Goshen Road that will be presented at the July meeting; he also reported two of three appraisal proposals have been received for MP 25-02 Cecil Creek (Bumbernick). Quinn said Planning staff received an application for Maritime Resource Preservation in Sea Isle and are working with the applicant to submit a complete application; staff also have a pending application from North Wildwood with a pre-application meeting scheduled about ADA boardwalk access and potential under‑boardwalk improvements.
Mr. Lomax asked that proposed shared‑service agreements for Maritime Resource Preservation applications be double-checked to clarify the ongoing obligations for keeping preserved maritime features serviceable and usable. Quinn also mentioned upcoming ribbon cuttings for previously approved projects and continuing outreach to potential farm owners interested in preservation.
