The El Monte City Council adopted Demand Resolution No. D-753 on June 17 authorizing payment of claims and demands totaling $5,399,222.93 and confirming warrants numbered 1139231 through 1139668 and the payroll period May 16–31, 2026. The motion was moved by Councilmember Cindy Galvan and seconded by Councilmember Sheila Crippen-Thomas and carried 7-0.
The resolution instructs the City Treasurer and Finance Department to process and pay the allowed warrants out of the respective funds listed in the agenda packet. Council took the action as a routine fiscal consent item during the meeting.
