Town Hall cleanup, stair-chair order and mold treatment discussed

Jessica Cyr reported cleaning downstairs at Town Hall is ongoing and the town has found a vendor to take and clean clothing left in the building. A stair chair for the lobby has been ordered and is expected within a couple weeks.
Jessica said she is waiting for a cost estimate for the heating system and will meet with the Masons when that estimate is available. Shane Beattie said lower basement humidity should allow mold to die off and that spraying will kill remaining mold; Robin Irving suggested AHEAD as a vendor resource and noted 'Seven to Save' as a possible funding source for repairs.
