Town Manager outlines insurer options as NH Interlocal Trust exits; retirees’ coverage could lower net premium increase

Jessica said School Care also offers access to UnitedHealthcare for Medicare retirees; that option would lower the town's overall premium increase from an estimated 14% to about 6%, which Jessica said equates to roughly $21,000 more for six months. She said there is no guarantee what the rate will be after six months and recommended staying with Harvard Pilgrim.
