Council approves targeted payments to support Aurelia Daycare operations

Nelson made the motion to approve the funding, Johnson seconded, and the motion carried with four votes in favor and one abstention by Council Member Bruce.
Council members did not attach additional conditions to the payments during the motion. The funding actions were recorded as separate payable items to the two named payees; the council also noted the daycare presenters’ request during the public portion of the agenda.
