Board reappoints three members to downtown development and brownfield boards

The board moved and approved reappointments for Kenneth Bachman, Michael Dunckel and John Hakola to four‑year terms effective July 21, 2026, through July 21, 2030. Each reappointment was approved by roll call vote 6‑0 with Trustee Fred Ford absent.
The manager’s memoranda in the packet describe each candidate’s service and representation (the packet notes Dunckel serves as the representative from the Holt School District). The reappointments were processed as part of the consent/appointments portion of the meeting.
