Library schedules Living History programs, traveling exhibit and summer wrap-up

Library staff previewed an events slate for the remainder of summer and early fall, highlighting two living-history programs (July 23 and Aug. 13) featuring costumed presenters, a traveling "American Revolution Experience" exhibit at the main library the week of Aug. 10 with activities led by the Dakota chapter of the DAR, and a summer reading wrap-up party next Monday with hands-on activities and life-size animatronic dinosaurs for children.
Megan said the living-history and exhibit events are designed for all ages and that additional program details, including local musician programming tied to the community read, will be released closer to fall. The author event connected to the community read is scheduled for Oct. 22 at MSUM.
