Town Clerk outlines grant work and explains new IT budget line

Diane Hallenbeck, the Town Clerk, told the Selectboard she is learning and organizing grant opportunities and is applying for one this week with the road foreman. She reported preparing for the upcoming Town Meeting and said she had met with JP's and David Childs in that context.
The board clarified that a new IT expenses line had been created: IT costs that were previously paid through the Lister budget are now listed separately under IT. The minutes state training for Bill and Diane is included and that the town’s NEMRC account has moved to a cloud-based system; these costs are included under the IT line item.
