Alderman Melissa Wilson noted a constituent concern about advance notifications for fireworks displays. Staff responded that White Iron Ridge posts notices about scheduled fireworks on its Facebook page, maintains contact information for the homeowners association and email distribution lists, and can add nearby residents to the notification list. Board members suggested the City also amplify notifications through its social media channels to help inform neighbors ahead of events.
