Town says Kemp Road and Brook Road bridge work pending ROW, permits and USDA steps

The Board stressed that advertisement and contractor selection for both bridge projects depend on completing the listed ROW and permit steps. The timeline includes anticipated near-term milestones, but selectmen emphasized those dates are contingent on approvals from state and federal agencies and completion of required documentation.
