The board opened a scheduled hearing on a parcel assessment appeal. Lister Terry Macaig referred presentation of testimony to Assistant Assessor Mychaela Harton, who presented a draft good-faith letter to the appellant. The parties requested a 60-day continuance to gather information and attempt to mutually establish an assessed value. The hearing was continued to Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting adjourned after setting that date.
