The presenter (Extension Service representative, speaker 3) told commissioners the office is “pretty full staffed” compared with the previous year despite one employee leaving July 15 and noted the three budgets in front of the board (accounts 5401, 542 and 5403) were largely unchanged, with only line-item adjustments to better reflect current spending. “There's no major changes in any of them,” the presenter said.
Commissioners discussed whether to table or pass the budgets; a motion to approve was made and seconded, and the chair directed a roll call. The clerk called the roll and commissioners registered their votes; the motion carried.
The approval clears these extension budgets for the 2027 cycle and allows staff to proceed as planned. No supplemental funding or amendments were requested during the session.
