Emily Foster noted she will update the board at the next meeting and that there is an active code-enforcement case regarding the ownership and condition of the property.
Committee members expressed concern about the removal of porch elements without review and noted the property appeared neglected after storm damage. Staff committed to updating the meeting packet with current photos and a status report at the next monthly meeting.
