The Board of Civil Authority approved a list of consistent and experienced assistant election officials during its Feb. 3 meeting. Terry Macaig moved to approve the list provided, allowing for other interested parties to be added; Charity Clark seconded and the motion carried.
Town Clerk Sarah Mason identified specific staffing needs for the upcoming town meeting: two justices of the peace are required for voter check-in at WCS on March 3, 2025 from 6:40 to 7:10 p.m., and other job assignments will be scheduled by email for March 4. The minutes also record that CVSD ballots will be taken out to CVU at 3 p.m. and again at 7 p.m.
