The Town of Williston Board of Civil Authority voted on Feb. 3, 2025 to elect new officers for the board. Terry Macaig moved to elect Andy Mikell as BCA chair; Carter Smith seconded, and the motion carried with the meeting record noting “Ayes have it.”
Macaig then moved to elect Carter Smith as BCA vice chair. Charity Clark seconded that motion, which also carried. No discussion was recorded in the minutes before either vote. The board adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
