Leoti council approves wage increases after two executive sessions

City Attorney Charles Moser participated in the meeting prior to leaving at 7:20 p.m.; City Superintendent Blaine Medina left at 7:40 p.m. The council set no further public follow-up about the wage adjustments in the recorded minutes.
