Leoti council approves vendor accounting license and off-premise beverage license renewals

On Dec. 1 the council approved the Edmunds 2026 desktop financial accounting license fee of $21,500.00 after a motion by Jim Kreutzer and a second by Kelma Burch. The council also granted off-premise cereal malt beverage license renewals to Joe's Kwik Mart and Dollar General Store; both motions passed unanimously.
Earlier in the meeting the council approved the consent agenda, which included the Nov. 17, 2025 meeting minutes, payroll warrants totaling $34,358.52 and accounts payable warrants of $55,306.30 and $93,622.12. These routine items passed without opposition.
