Manager of Parkview Apartments to step down; Jacobs Management expresses interest

Council noted that Carol Roberts, the current managing agent for Parkview Apartments, submitted a resignation effective Jan. 31, 2026. Roberts had informed the council at a prior meeting; the resignation was reiterated on Dec. 1.
Clerk Jeannine Hassell told council she had spoken with Kasey Jacobs of Jacobs Management, Sharon, Kan., who expressed interest in managing Parkview. Council asked staff to invite Jacobs to tour the property and attend the Dec. 15 council meeting if she is available.
