The City of Leoti Governing Body convened Oct. 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Meeting Room. Mayor Chris Kreutzer called the meeting to order, Clerk Jeannine Hassell called roll, and Council approved the agenda and the consent agenda, which included Oct. 6, 2025 regular meeting minutes, payroll warrants totaling $119,127.79 and accounts payable warrants of $20,056.24.
Council heard staff reports from City Superintendent Blaine Medina, Treasurer Gould and Clerk Hassell. Medina reported routine equipment repairs and a delivered load of salt for the water treatment plant; Treasurer Goulds reports drew no council questions. The council voted unanimously to approve a proposed revision to the citys nepotism policy and later approved wage increases after two executive sessions. The body set its next meeting for Monday, Nov. 3, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
