The Edgerton City Council took a series of routine and substantive actions on March 26, approving multiple consent agenda items and several individual agenda items.
On the consent agenda the council approved Minutes from March 12, 2026; Final Plat FP2026-0001 (replat of JCCC CDL Training Facility); final acceptance of the contract with SAK Construction, LLC for the 2025 CDBG 3rd and Hulett sanitary sewer rehabilitation project; and an annual agreement for Bridgewater Lake treatment services. Councilmember Deb Lebakken moved to approve items 4 through 7, and the motion "carried 4-0."
Individually, the council approved a facility-use and maintenance agreement with the Edgerton Community Food Pantry for storage at Greenspace (annual fee $2), renewed the corporate insurance policy for April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, and adopted Ordinance No. 2193 amending Article 5 of the Unified Development Code. All recorded motions carried 4-0 with Josh Lewis absent. The council adjourned at 7:39 p.m.
These approvals will be reflected in the official executed contracts, insurance policy documents, and the adopted ordinance text held in city records.
