Resident urges Council to prioritize neighborhood stormwater fixes

LaFalce said he had submitted videos to the City showing flooding on heavy rains and invited council and staff to visit his property to see the problem firsthand.
LaFalce told the Council that delaying mitigation makes projects more expensive over time and that addressing drainage now will minimize property damage and protect property values. Mayor Donald Roberts thanked LaFalce for coming and for his engagement on the issue. The comment was recorded under the public-comment portion of the agenda; no formal direction or vote on the matter occurred during the meeting.
