A Colliers representative identified in the meeting as Kyle provided a status report on several active projects.
Kyle said the middle school auditorium is complete and punch-list work finished. He reported Central School is about 70% complete and is working through HVAC lead‑time delays expected to be resolved in early August; the high school auditorium is roughly 30% complete with seating scheduled for early November. "They finished the punch list a couple weeks ago so that no more updates on that," Kyle said of the middle‑school auditorium.
On the Elizabeth Patton addition, Kyle said crews completed interior demo, underground piping and footings and were preparing for steel erection and the second‑floor slab pour. Contractors and subcontractors named in the presentation include James Williams (general contractor for the auditorium), Longo (seating contractor) and Ovegren (project milestones). Board members asked follow‑up questions about punch lists, delivery staging and storage for large window deliveries; Kyle said the district and borough are coordinating temporary storage near the site.
