Management change planned at Leoti’s Park View Apartments; Jacobs Management to take over

The Leoti City Governing Body agreed Dec. 15 to proceed with Jacobs Management as the new managing agent for Park View Apartments, the Leoti Housing Authority property. Kacey Jacobs of Jacobs Management and on-site manager Oralia Soto toured the property before the meeting and informed council that Jacobs will complete the necessary transition paperwork following Carol Roberts' planned resignation effective Jan. 31, 2026.
Councilors discussed property condition and financials with Jacobs during the meeting and indicated support for moving forward. Jacobs will prepare and file the paperwork required to effect the management transition; the council thanked Jacobs for attending the meeting to present her proposal.
