Manager Dusty Pan presented the operations report, listing two leaks for February 2026 and detailed system metrics: "Total usage for the month was 16,543,000 gallons with a daily average of 590,000 gallons," he reported. Dusty described recent maintenance activity including mainline and tap repairs, backflow tests and work orders, and said stage 2 samples "look great."
Dusty also described infrastructure upgrades intended to reduce historic holiday pressure issues: an 8-inch line installed down Willow Beam Road and a new water tower expected to begin construction at the end of April. "So they're finishing up on one of them, so he's hoping that they will get started end of April," Dusty said. The board asked staff to follow up on location details and a timeframe for completion; members agreed to put main-size and cost numbers on the next meeting agenda for further review.
