The Town of Farmington Inland Wetlands Commission voted to approve an application to place a 10-by-14 premanufactured shed on a framed gravel pad at 57 Cope Farms Road.
Applicant Paul Levesque told the commission the shed will sit on a gravel pad framed with lumber and will have no permanent foundation or excavation. "I'm just here on a follow-up, from the meeting on 07/08," Levesque said. Commissioners questioned a notation on the plot plan referencing a 6‑inch PVC drain, and Levesque said he and his contractors have not observed any active drain outlet on the property.
Staff and commissioners agreed the project was nonsignificant and that no sidewalk was required. Chair Ned Stachan opened the floor for a motion; the motion to approve was made and seconded by Commissioner David Fox, and the commission voted in favor. The chair instructed the applicant to coordinate with town staff on construction timing and to notify the town when work begins.
