Board approves seasonal liquor licenses, picnic permit, July 4 fireworks permit and several appointments

The Board approved multiple event- and club-related licenses: Class B six-month beer licenses for the Bonduel Bat and Ball Club and the Bonduel Broncos Ball Club to serve beer this season; a temporary picnic license was approved for the Batting for the Battle Softball Tournament (June 20–21) at Cedar Park; and the Board approved a fireworks permit for Celebrate Bonduel's July 4 celebration contingent on receipt of the organization's certificate of insurance. The minutes note background checks and publications for the liquor and picnic applications were completed and that the Fire Chief had reviewed the fireworks plan.
On appointments, Trustee Andrew Court said he wished to resign as the Village representative on the RDA due to family obligations and the Board approved Trustee Sean Falk as the Village Trustee representative and accepted an application from Lissy Kastning (the minutes also show the name spelled 'Lizzy Kasting' in a neighboring line) for the RDA. The Board also approved Andrew Court as the Village representative for the Plan Commission. The Board approved monthly payments for May 2025 and approved the April 2025 Treasurer's report; Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Maroszek noted the final 2024 audit is under review and the Treasurer's report will be adjusted when final numbers are available.
