Board approves Welcing Street mill-and-overlay and awards North Jefferson contract to low bidder

The Board introduced and approved Resolution 2025-10 to award the North Jefferson Street contract to MCC, Inc., with an added 10% contingency for unpredictable project costs. Both measures passed by unanimous roll-call votes recorded in the minutes.
