By the Yard Inc. gets Phase I approval to relocate to Brooke Court

The company plans Phase II in 2026 to combine parcels, install additional product bunkers and finalize building plans, and Phase III beginning in 2027 for building construction, landscaping and asphalt parking. The minutes record that By the Yard, Inc. will provide an update to the board in April 2026 on progress toward subsequent phases.
