City Hall: new software rollout expected this week; vaccination clinic and audit staff announced

City Clerk Jeannine Hassell told the council that office staff trained on new software modules for Finance, Human Resources and Payroll; the software is expected to go live this week, with utility billing scheduled for a later date.
Hassell said Patty is working on the end-of-year water report. Lewis, Hooper & Dick will be in Leoti tomorrow to begin audit fieldwork. The minutes also note an employee insurance open-enrollment period this week and that Hassell will attend a Region 2 City Clerk meeting in Dodge City on Feb. 10. The city will hold a walk-in dog and cat vaccination clinic at the fire barn on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
