Wilton board renews most alcohol and tobacco licenses, approves new Main Street liquor applications
Summary
Trustees renewed most alcohol and tobacco licenses, approved new combination Class B licenses for Main Street Bar and Grill and Pighill Spirits, and noted that one renewal for Wilton Leasing LLC could not be approved because earlier transfer/establishment issues were found.
The Village Board reviewed renewals and new applications for alcohol, tobacco and related entertainment licenses. Trustees approved renewals for multiple existing licensees and approved new combination Class B licenses for Main Street Bar and Grill and Pighill Spirits. The board recorded a finding that Wilton Leasing LLC had not completed a transfer correctly and did not approve that particular renewal at this meeting.
The board also approved cigarette/tobacco/vapor license renewals for Millston Kwik Stop LLC, Main Street Market, and Dollar General Store #22629, and approved mechanical amusement device, cabaret, and beer garden licenses for the Hitchin Post and the American Legion where listed. Clerk/Treasurer will notify applicants of outcomes and issue approved licenses.
