OWEB outlines grant-management access for grantees and explains NOAA reporting cadence

Courtney Schaff explained that grantees and the public (via a public login) can access OWEB's grant management system to view award status, payments, balances and completion reporting, including photos and match funding. She said grantees can examine other grantees' applications to learn from prior projects and export tables for analysis.
On federal reporting, Courtney noted OWEB reports Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund (PCSRF) projects twice a year and that some awards do not appear immediately in the NOAA database because projects are reported only when they are open. "We do this reporting twice a year," she said, and staff said the lag explains apparent declines in recent-year entries in the public PCSRF dataset.
