Jasmine Turner Martinez, Planning Services, asked the board to approve termination of the road maintenance agreement for USR20-0007 because the vacation was already approved. "We respectfully request that the board approve the termination of the road maintenance agreement for USR20-0007 as a result of the approved vacation," Martinez said.
Commissioner (speaker 3) moved to approve termination of the road maintenance agreement and the board approved the motion by voice vote. Staff noted the termination is an administrative follow-up to the planning action that vacated the use.
