Council approves $12,500 in Sundstrom Conference Center roof repairs to preserve warranty

Staff recommended using Wray Roofing for these repairs to maintain the warranty on prior minor repairs and to potentially extend the roof’s useful life. Councilmember Kirsten Bruce moved to approve $12,500 in repairs from Wray Roofing; Council President Rebecca Van Der Wege seconded and the motion passed 7-0 by roll call vote.
