The council approved Task Order LS26-002 on March 2, authorizing Wilson & Company to act as the city’s technical representative for the KDOT K-4 Grade Separation Removal project (KDOT Project No. 4-59 KA-7406). Under this scope, the firm will perform high-level reviews of field check plans, attend the field check meeting and a council meeting or work session, coordinate internally and maintain informal discussions with KDOT representatives. Staff noted no formal deliverables will be produced under this task order.
The total not-to-exceed amount for Task Order LS26-002 is $19,950. Councilmember Lysa Palmer-Augusta moved approval; Councilmember Kirsten Bruce seconded and the motion passed 7-0 by roll call vote.
