At the July 22 meeting the Select Board reviewed a multi‑item consent agenda that included one‑day liquor licenses, a one‑day entertainment permit for a family movie night at the Lenox Library/Roche Reading Park, and several board and staff appointments.
Staff (S8) read the items aloud, naming a one‑day wine-and‑malt request from Donovan Motor Car Service, a one‑day wine-and‑malt application from the Lenox Dale Fire Company for an event at Saint Vincent de Paul (Crystal Street, Lenox Dale) on Aug. 1, and a one‑day all‑alcohol liquor license application from Prima Music Foundation for Aug. 27 at Vinford Hall (104 Walker Street). The consent agenda also listed appointments: Selena Lamb to the Affordable Housing Trust, Mark L. Smith as constable, and Albert Harper and William O'Leary to the Historic Commission to fill vacancies.
A board member held the Historic Commission appointment for separate consideration; the Select Board then moved to approve the consent agenda items and affirmed the appointments listed. Staff will finalize event dates and locations with applicants as needed.
