Under the finance docket the board reviewed the monthly financial report, acceptance of non-public state aid by category, extraordinary aid and homeless tuition aid for FY26, revised tuition rates for some out-of-district special-education placements, and a set of contracts including software licenses with McGraw Hill and Lincoln, classroom furniture for JMI, PA/communication system wiring for JMI and Marshall, an addendum with ESS Northeast for substitute staffing, and a managed-printing contract. A finance motion was moved, seconded and carried by roll-call vote.
All motions were announced as carried by the presiding officer after the votes were recorded; the clerk provided roll-call confirmations during each vote.
