A staff presenter explained they "found better rates on flights, for the Costa Rica trip" and recommended adding the date change to the agenda. The board also approved a Cougar Ettes mini cheer clinic set for 09/17/2026 from 3:00–5:30 p.m. in the elementary gym; the clinic costs $40 per participant and includes a T‑shirt, bow and snack, with a performance scheduled at the varsity football game on 09/18.
